How We Work

A little about how we work

Our producers and subject matter experts work with your leads to create a scenario ‘script’ that enables the production side of the event to ensure the learning side is strongly featured in the training.

The RBT kicks in when role play actors trigger key developments in an evolving crisis management scenario.

We psychologically brief and rehearse the team – where possible on location – but at least with video recce footage.

Heads of department manage each discipline and report to the lead producer who is your direct contact at all times.

STUNTMEN and stunt crews are registered and operate under their own safety code.

PYROTECHNICS experts say when to leave the set and we always do!

PROSTHETICS, make up, wounds and blood are created by professional makeup artists who are credited in film and television for managing highly effective and sometimes horrendous injuries. We really recommend good make up because it shocks – and that generates the sort of feelings we want trainers to be able to identify in simulations.
